I have 1 pallet showed up early seeing if they would take it and the guy in the receiving office was rude and come back at 7 and said can't park on property very rude also.
I arrived the night before and was instructed to return for my appointment at 11:00 AM the next day. I checked in early at 9:00 AM, yet by 1:00 PM I was still waiting to be unloaded. As a truck driver, time is extremely important. Due to this excessive delay, I had to cancel another load that would have taken me home. Waiting 5–6 hours at a facility for unloading is unacceptable, especially when drivers arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Got here at 9:20 for 10a.m. appt. In sick at 9:30. It's now 11:15; still waiting to be unloaded. Compared to most days, it's not even busy today. Unfortunately, being slow to load or unload is par for the course here at Cardinal Health. They have no respect for a driver's time.
Early for appointment (11a) and did not pay off. Pls see pic for times, no telling what kind of day it’ll be.
