I have 1 pallet showed up early seeing if they would take it and the guy in the receiving office was rude and come back at 7 and said can't park on property very rude also.
I arrived the night before and was instructed to return for my appointment at 11:00 AM the next day. I checked in early at 9:00 AM, yet by 1:00 PM I was still waiting to be unloaded. As a truck driver, time is extremely important. Due to this excessive delay, I had to cancel another load that would have taken me home. Waiting 5–6 hours at a facility for unloading is unacceptable, especially when drivers arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.
