If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They do not care about me. They do not care about my child. They do not care that my child is medically fragile. They do not care that I am trying to work and hold it all together. They just don't care. That is who CIGNA has contracted with for med supplies so I have no recourse. I hate APRIA!!!

Worse service I've ever received. I've been a customer of apria's since 2006 and until this past year had any problems. Now I've gone almost a year without my cpap supplies because of their customer service. When you call you always get someone in the Phllipines and of course you can't understand them. If you need cpap supplies I suggest you look towards another company. I know I will be.

I called them 5 times this evening. The first call was to the customer service number listed on their website which, as it turns out, was not the correct number. I was informed of this after 19 minutes on hold. Calls number 2, 3, and 4, I was told "call volumes are higher than normal" and "your call is very important to us" and then the calls were promptly disconnected. Final call, pressed 1 instead for "physician or hospital" and finally got to speak to a real person after holding for only about 4 minutes. Oh, btw, this is ... read more
