I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The staff are unprofessional. My mother was receiving temporary home service from Cardinal Health. They did not document her medication properly. 3 weeks later they were still requesting the same information. I provided this information during a in person visit twice. They will not take accountability for their mistakes. Their staff contacted a previous doctor's office of a provider from 3 years ago that my mother no longer sees. This caused issues, confusion, and inconvenience.... read more
