Today was the second time we have been completely forgotten about after being shoved in a room. Were not seen by ANYONE for over an hour. Even the lady at the desk looked surprised when we walked out of the room.
If i could rate the surgical team a zero i absolutely would. I have a 40 second phone call 3 days before his surgery no one told me anything about eating or drinking so when i let my son have water the nurse SCREAMING AT ME stating it was charted. I told her to reschedule as it was a failed communication on there end. ENT WAS PHENOMENAL. Urology and all other staff should be ashamed of themselves. How can you shame a parent for potty training? Regardless if there was a procedure or not? How do you NOT call parents back when ... read more
If I could rate a zero I would the mental health pediatric residents need more training also the nurse for morning shift on Thursday need to find a different profession she has dark hair and wears it in a ponytail…. Do not bring your children here if they are facing any mental health concerns because all of the referrals are awful places and if you don’t choose quick enough they send a resident in to tell you they will call state and take custody… long story short I asked for my kid to be reevaluated and she was discharged… ... read more
