Customer service at the front desks and over the phone to make appointment is terrible. They are rude and have horrible attitude. The nurses and Drs are the opposite. They are professional and helpful. If you can get past the front desk people it’s not a bad place to bring your child.
I can't say enough good things about the incredible care my son received at SSM Cardinal Glennon! The nurses who admitted him ,Gabriel, Nia, and Sarah, were absolute angels. Their compassion, expertise, and kindness were evident in every interaction. His team of doctors were soooooo knowledgeable, compassionate and genuinely cared about his health. I was in this hospital at 10 years old for an abscess on my brain. I underwent brain surgery on July 2 1982. They treated me great. Without their care, I wouldn’t be alive today. I remember one nurse in particular named Lynn. She was always really nice. Brother Pat was very kind also. The worst experience I ever had my daughter came in here aug 2022 and was in a cage when I showed up they called Dcfs on me and I never got my children back after being lied on by the doctor. The nurses and social worker went with it never bring your kids here they don’t care about love at all and they are notorious for calling cps on people according to their security. I don’t get to see my children anymore because of these people my daughter had bruising on her arm from the cast and Iv from the hospital we got transferred ... read more
