Don't buy if you live in a cold climate. Our glass units built by Cardinal have been installed for 4 months. We heard a pop last night. The inside pane of one of the units split right up the middle. The so called customer service person tells me "Yeah, that happens in the cold sometimes." Funny that's not in their sales pitch...No assistance whatsoever except for "It shouldn't happen again." I planned on ordering another $1500 worth of glass to finish off the rest of the house. I'll be looking elsewhere for different manufac... read more
