The owners of Kore 7 gym are now involved with this gym. Buyer beware don’t pay for anything up front.
I wish I could rate this a 10 out of 5. If you are looking for a new gym, you can quit searching. You will not find a gym that tops Cardinal Fitness! The difference is that it is privately owned, and the owner truly cares about your experience and health/fitness. Cardinal Fitness is the cleanest gym I have ever been in, is super affordable, and has great hours that suit almost all lifestyles. And if you're looking for personal training, Travis is the best! Travis is very knowledgeable and pushes me at a great pace even though I have a football knee injury a camping tricep injury and a torn pec from years ago we work it out!!
