What's not to like about the expertise and commitment of Cardinal Cabinetry Co? My story started in 2019, prior to Covid. We had paint issues on the cupboard doors. The work was scheduled. However, one thing led to another because of the Covid period, original paint supplier issues and my aging memory. Absolutely stunning showroom
It is now going on almost 3 yeas with these cabinets in a new build. I have emails dating back to nov 2020 with regards to chipping. Moved in augsust 2020 first email November 2020. They send someone with a "crayon" and their touch up paint which is totally useless. I have reached out a few more times.. same answer. Each year that goes by just gets worse. In 2019, we moved into our new home, I had the pleasure to work with Terry who designed all our cabinetry. We love our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. When we had a few little issues these have been promptly addressed by Rick and Martine. We are now in the process of adding more projects to our home and of course we contacted Cardinal fine cabinetry to work with us on these as well. Terry again came up with great ideas and we are now looking forward to the next phase completed by Cardinal. We highly recommend this company.
Our new custom built home was complete 14months ago and had the builder use cardinal for our cabinets. This is some of the cabinets now. I was told this was not under warranty and they would only provide touch up paint. Words cannot describe how I’m unimpressed I am with the quality.
