If you’re looking to refinance, I would suggest reaching out and asking for Jayden. I’m grateful to anyone who could save me money and he saved me a lot. But that’s not the reason for the review. I worked with Jayden during my refinance, and it was such a great experience with him. I've had experience where a lot of loan originators will set up your loan and as soon as you lock, become unresponsive. Prior low ratings are so true. No communication at all without you calling over and over. Once there was a problem they made me do all the work since they sub out all the areas. Horrible customer experience. They need to really work on the customer experience because it sucked!!!!

Slow and unresponsive. I refinanced my home with Cardinal a few years ago and had a great loan officer and the process was great. I chose to use Cardinal again and have been frustrated to the point of giving up and going with a company where people actually return calls, emails, etc. and try and serve their customer. I guess they do not value a return customer. I have had to call nearly everyday to push this along and have no confidence it will close. I am starting to call other companies.
