Disgusting and despicable person Peter Cohen is. Blocking the building of a new Veterans site in Bakersfield because money is more important than the Veterans.
Never lease a property from this company, they will try and make it impossible for you to get a new lease somewhere else. Also they HATE America’s Veterans, they are actively involved in keeping the VA healthcare system awful, costing the lives of our Vets.
Horrible company that his holding the new VA clinic in Bakersfield hostage to keep paying them rent at the current location because they did not win the new contract. Created shadow company of Progress for Bakersfield Veterans LLC to create lawsuits but its caused multiple delays intentionally with frivolous lawsuits and is not creating progress for veterans.
