I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. When I went for my appointment, the only service I received was an X-ray. The dentist told me he could not take my case. However, when I later checked with my insurance, I discovered that the office submitted a claim stating I had received a cleaning, evaluation, and X-ray. This was not true, and it feels dishonest. Person over the phone is super rude and incompetent. They allow appointments to be made by 4PM, they close at 5pm but they all wanna leave the office early on a Friday, I was going to be late 10 min because there’s a lot of traffic and the map was showing a different location than the correct one. Ever since I started the services of Cardinal Dental Care, my teeth and overall oral health and hygiene have been amazing.
Dr. Siddiqui is Amazing! I am terrified of the dentist. He and his dental assistant made me feel so comfortable. I listened to my earbuds. wore my goofy glasses & just breathed. He explained everything to me and I felt absolutely no pain. I would recommend Cardinal dental to anyone, especially Dr. Siddiqui.
