Beautiful building with spacious rooms and super cozy spaces. The neighbors are very sweet and the space is also quiet. Kim is an amazing landlord. I have lived here for about 2 years and sadly had to move but if I didn't have to move, I would've stayed here for much longer. Loved loved everything about Cardinal Creek!

We lived at Cardinal Creek for almost a year and a half and loved it. Management is great and they are very quick to respond to maintenance requests. The apartments are quiet and clean. We did have a water leak in which our bedroom wall had to be taken out. This happened with a few other units in the building, however, management was great at communicating about the problem and was quick to solve the issue. 100% would recommend renting here.
