Owner is never around, no one is available to manage the building or maintenance and upkeep. Owner will walk into peoples apartments without approval or notice and hang out instead of working. She does this by reviewing camera footage of when they leave for the day. Way overpriced, should be free.

Terrible service since these Christian people bought the place and started forcing religion out. Grass is never mowed maybe once a month if you're lucky and then never trimmed or weed wacked. Zero cleaning is every done. You're AC or Heat could go out and they could care less. "Deal with it until its fixed" is their motto. Zero management or maintenance available. Would not recommend. Floors will smell for hours of shit and other things due to lack of care. Ew. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Beautiful building with spacious rooms and super cozy spaces. The neighbors are very sweet and the space is also quiet. Kim is an amazing landlord. I have lived here for about 2 years and sadly had to move but if I didn't have to move, I would've stayed here for much longer. Loved loved everything about Cardinal Creek!

We lived at Cardinal Creek for almost a year and a half and loved it. Management is great and they are very quick to respond to maintenance requests. The apartments are quiet and clean. We did have a water leak in which our bedroom wall had to be taken out. This happened with a few other units in the building, however, management was great at communicating about the problem and was quick to solve the issue. 100% would recommend renting here.
