Imagine missing an email invite with no phone call to say, hey, I know you're at work, I know you're busy, but we have a teleconference appointment, will you be attending? And then, upon trying to reschedule, she drops me from her clinic without my medicine, which I desperately need. It's unethical, and frankly should be illegal. I refuse to go back to this NP. Firstly, the office does not feel like an actual doctor's office, there is no front desk and it's dusty and smells weird. The rooms are full of old "hotel like" carpet along with no efficient AC making the room feel muggy. Secondly, she expects patients to come in every single month for a refill of medicine that she knows you need (such as blood pressure meds) just so she can charge insurance for a doctor's visit. My previous doctor made me come every 3-6 months not every single month. No work... read more
