Just signed up two months ago. First lady to clean spent 3.5 hours cleaning my home from top to bottom. It was spotless and I loved it. I was assured I would get the same lady the following month. That did not happen. They sent some 21 year old who probably has never even made her own bed. She was horrible and only spent 1.15 hours in my home.
