I had an awful experience with Cardinal Cleaning and would not recommend them to anyone. Initially, communication seemed clear, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. I was quoted one price for the deposit over the phone, but when I was charged, the amount was different. When I addressed this with Rose, she claimed she had stopped eating sugar and had been off, which led to her giving me the wrong price.
