This is a place where you just feel good. I’ve been here for therapy, yoga, salt tank floatation therapy, and tonight a fun GNO of painting with a local crafter. Deep ties and love of community and people would be my description of Cardinal Care Center!

I have never had a bad experience at Cardinal Care Center. The staff are welcoming and kind every time I enter the building which creates such an uplifting and positive environment. I recently starting using the flotation tank and would highly recommend it! The instant release of stress and pressure you feel after getting out of the tank is unlike anything I have ever tried!
recently did the flotation therapy and found it to be very relaxing. it's a great way to de-connect with the world. I was nervous about feeling closterphobic but it didn't feel that way at all! I will definitely be back!
Cardinal Care Center completely exceeded my expectations. I am new to floatation therapy, and was hesitant to give it a try because I'm somewhat claustrophobic. However, the tank was very roomy, and the facility is extremely clean. The staff made sure I was comfortable and gave me a good idea of what to expect. I've already noticed less anxiety from using the tank a few times and can't wait to see more benefits as I continue floating! 100% would recommend!
Floated for the first time and it was truly stress relieving! I would recommend that anyone try it and make it at least a semi-regular routine because it is super mind-clearing and can really enhance your focus!
