Understaffed. There are a few caregivers that care, but they are overworked, very underpayed, and unappreciated by the managers. Very high employee turnover rate. Not enough staff for the high level of care needed by many residents. Unfortunately, it is one of the few locked facilities around, so alzheimers residents who have a tendency to wander off have to live here. I would never put someone I love here.

very close to stories i have heard about jewish prison camps. they are understaffed, and it shows. the plays smells like urine.

rude secretary named tina, the black men give baths to everyone including white elderely women, they let my mother fall constantly. she died in they're care in less than 3 months.
