The apartment building I viewed looked like it needed some updating. Furniture in the community room is falling apart and if you have issues with the laundry facilities you have to call the company who owns them, very inconvenient. Apartment was spacious, but also needed some serious updating; no manager or maintenance onsite which would also be a hassle.
