I hate that it has come to the point of writing a review, but I’ve exhausted all other avenues of reaching out to Polygon, and it seems they haven’t genuinely taken customer feedback into account. 5 month update -Garbage room ceiling+parkade walls leaking after rain -Elevator still constantly down, slow + bouncy when approaching floors. -Outside staircase have algae due to improper drainage Overall, I have become even more disappointed in Polygon. Not fixing things in a timely manner has increased consequences later on,when Polygon is no longer required to fix it. Eg. the garbage room ceiling leaking from rain will continue to worsen. No view of cemetery from 5th floor!
After 1 month Cons: - Mice in building - Ventilation fans bursting into flames, but need to be on 24/7 otherwise paint peels from wall due to humidity - Numerous deficiencies that were very apparent + directly affects whether the building is inhabitable; deficiencies flagged by the developer prior to closing that they completely forgot about - Not accessibility friendly - Parkade intercom poorly located, causing several vehicles to hit surrounding walls - Garbage room ceiling leaking after light rain - Elevators often down, ... read more
