If no stars were available that is what this pathetic rental management company would get. The last thing we did was mow a 4’X 30’ area and all weeds were pulled but charged from our deposit $125.00 not sure if they showed up 2-3 weeks after we moved out and oh really the grass and weeds grew??? Charged $200.00 to anchor towel bars and replace light bulbs- the same items that were on our check in list.
