So, this was the most easy-peasy experience I think I've ever had. I called and left a message late in the day, got a call back the same early evening, David went out to the house to look at the issue the next morning without us even having to be there, and I called the office that afternoon and paid over the phone! Juan conducted a thorough inspection and analysis of our termite problem and provided prompt treatment. He was considerate, communicative, and very polite and thoughtful.
