Horrible, Horrible people Stay away from these people if you can! They seem nice at first, but are horrible and unprofessional. They took my money and did almost nothing in return. They held my money hostage and then threatened me multiple times, swearing and yelling over the phone like little children. You do NOT want the nightmare of dealing with these people!!
manager We have never held checks except in the rare instance when legal counsel for an association has advised we could not process, and we communicate with unit owners, rarely tenants. We schedule no work except at owner request and agreement or as directed by the condo boards we work with.
