Our car club was invited to visit the Galpin Automotive Museum in Van Nuys this past Saturday and we thought why not rent a bus for the day....could be a lot of fun all being together for the trip there and back. Some of us boarded the bus at Cardiff's location while others met us at the Sams Club parking lot. Our drive there couldn't have been nicer. The incident that happened with the 3rd graders from Carter elementary is unacceptable for a bus driver to be so rude and hold children hostage 1 hr 1/2 away from home while parents panic drove to pick up their children! Those are the bus drivers you have working for your company ?! the kids are terrified thank you Cardiff for ruining the end of the year trip for the 3rd graders thanks to your bus driver
Stay away from this business. The bus driver Dennis started yelling at the 3rd graders and the chaperone. He yelled at the teacher about the kids using the restroom in the bus. There was no information or rules given about not using the restroom. Until the bus driver started yelling at everyone, and pulling the bus over. The kids on the bus were scared and started crying.
