Predatory towing is crazy. Having a parking permit expire for 2 hours and towing at 2AM is wild work.
I had an email-confirmed appointment for a 1:00 PM tour on Sunday, 6/21. When I arrived, the leasing agent told me she was about to go to lunch and that they were short-staffed because her colleague hadn't shown up for work. She asked me to come back at 2:00 PM and said she would give me the tour then. Okay. I shifted my day and came back at 2:00 PM as requested. Leasing office is unresponsive. Tons of similar reviews stating the same meaning terrible management = terrible place to sign a lease at.
Badly managed
Updated: There's clear effort being made by management staff to curb and remove disturbances by smokers in the community. Still a work in progress, but definitely seeing effort. I'm not the only one with health issues that likely was excited to live in the smoke-free community Elan has here, but sadly, it doesn't appear anything is being done about residents smoking on premises.
