Elan Cardiff by the Sea is one of the worst places I have ever lived. It feels both unsanitary and unsafe. The halls are often filled with trash, beer cans are left everywhere, and people are constantly smoking and drinking on the premises. Individuals regularly gather in the parking lot, and there have been instances of people exposing themselves and becoming sick in the bushes. I went on an apartment tour today with Meagyn, and she was very helpful in answering all my questions. She made sure I understood all aspects of the apartment itself + the community. I highly recommend Meagyn for your upcoming tours!
If you're looking for a really friendly leasing office and decently priced apartments close to the beach this is the place. Me and my fiance toured at Elan recently and Cameron showed us around. He was super fast to answer questions and friendly throughout the whole tour. We even got a glowing endorsement from someone who lives there and she assured us that the team here is awesome, which honestly is hard to find in most places nowadays. This place is definitely at the top of our list!
I recently toured at Elan Cardiff By The Sea with Cameron and had a great experience. He was friendly and very professional. He made sure we were seeing homes that fit what were looking for. The community looked amazing and the apartments we saw were bright and surprisingly quiet for facing the freeway, the 5 being close is one of the only downsides we noticed while we were there. The pricing is also the best in the area for how central the location is. Definitely recommend Elan!
