I love living at Elan Cardiff by the Sea! Beautiful location tucked into a natural setting. Yes, it's by the freeway, but noise is fine with the windows closed. The office and maintenance staff have been very helpful and responsive and even got my washer and dryer promptly replaced when it broke down. I had some questions about lease renewal and transfer and Meagyn was very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions.
Selena is always so helpful in the office. She is awesome.
I have no problem giving this place a one star review. Our car was towed out of the complex while we had the proper registration and the sticker in place and when speaking to management, they told us that it was a miss happen and they would reimburse us. That reimbursement never happened because they fired the manager the next day. Upon move out because of this incident I asked for an inspector to walk with me one did and then they said they had the final inspection and I told them I would like to be present. Jimmy did some maintenance work on my unit on Wednesday, the 29th of October, and all I can say is that he is Awesome!!! He knows exactly what he is doing. Very kind, considerate and respectful. He goes above and beyond!! So glad that Jimmy is part of the Elan team :) Sincerely, MLM
I visited the property on a Saturday and was given a tour by Cameron. He showed me two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, both very nice, and with a lot of space. I love the way the property is laid out, and it looks well-maintained. I also saw the pool and one of the fitness centers. Cameron was great at answering all my questions, though I forgot to ask a few while we were there.
