I go to emmc's Husson internal medicine, first of all in the last three appointments with them I've been lied to forgotten about an made to feel like an idiot.. I am disgusted with the way the office is run and the poor care.. I will be leaving for Saint Joe's.. I would love to know who to contact to talk about my experiences.
I am no real impressed with this hospital. My son was brought in by ambulance this past weekend and suffered a broken neck. He was sent home 15 hours later and we were were told the "trauma team" would be calling us the next day to see how he was doing. 3 days later no call. However the billing dept. Had no problem calling to tell me his insurance was not active. I called my insurance company and they said his insurance was most certainly active. Excellent care and staff! My husband had a one day surgery today and we are amazed at how smooth that department is run. I was able to follow his status on a TV monitor and given a pager so I could be located if I left the waiting room. We are so impressed with the whole process EMMC. THANK YOU!!
Worse care on my grandmother she Baily can walk she called a nurse about a hour later they came in I do not like that place and family does not either!!
The BEST hospital wouldn't go anywhere else!! Great nurses and CNAs and great staff!! Major thanks to all my Drs that are part of Emmc that takes great care of me!!
