It's unfortunate you can't leave no or negative stars. This complaint is less about the doctors at Cardiac Solutions and more about their billing practices. In May 2020, after a cardiac arrest and emergency lifesaving services on the side of the road, my loved one was taking to Arrowhead Hospital and treated by Dr. Todd James. Fortunately, it turned out that Dr. James took his medical insurance. All good, right? Wrong, it's only all good IF the doctor's office honors the decision of the insurance company.
