Staff is wonderful and provide support. Due to popularity of program space is limiting. It often feels crowded. New equipment update would also be beneficial. It would also be nice if staff has texting abilities with patients.
I had a heart attack last year and it was terrifying. I didn't know what was next I didn't know if I was going to die I didn't know if I was going to live. The staff at Frankfort medical are angels. They are kind and patient and understanding and supportive going through heart diseases scary and unnerving they eased the process a whole lot
My family has been very pleased with Cardiac Rehab at Frankfort Regional. Being new to Frankfort, we were worried about it because we had a bad experience at a different facility in the past, but Tricia and Elaine are excellent about building relationships with the patients and are sincere, caring people. It makes a lot of sense that they work in Cardiac Rehab because they certainly have a lot of heart.
