I'm going to Cardiac Rehab because I had a stent placement on Nov 28, 2017. This is a place where you can regain your strength after any kind of cardiac event while your heart and blood pressure are being monitored. There are hand bikes, foot bikes, treadmills, a machine where you sit and use both feet and hands in a rowing motion.
