When u start this program u do a meet and greet. I was told there wasn't gonna be nice during the program. I explained all my other health issues. Some employees push you, and if you don't hit their goals you are told insurance won't pay. After 15 mins on a machine I was told I could do better even tho I stated I was tired. I was contradicted and and told I could do better. I'm so happy other people know how you feel. This is definitely a program I wouldn't recommend.
I'm going to Cardiac Rehab because I had a stent placement on Nov 28, 2017. This is a place where you can regain your strength after any kind of cardiac event while your heart and blood pressure are being monitored. There are hand bikes, foot bikes, treadmills, a machine where you sit and use both feet and hands in a rowing motion. The goal is to have you work out 45 minutes total between 3 machines and build up how fast you can go on those machines until you have used up the amount of visits your insurance will pay for, min... read more
