I am amazed by how well this office is ran. Quick service, caring staff, proactive approach to managing referrals. And Dr. Syed Karim is very caring and attentive and good listener.
They told me that they accepted Medicaid, but then refused to submit billing claims to Medicaid. Then proceeded to hold my test results hostage, demanding that I pay them if I wanted my results. They only care about money, not about their patients. After my experience with them, I will not go back to them, and you will never convince me that they care about anything other than money. I'm on disability and have Medicaid. Obviously I can't afford to pay thousands of dollars to them for the minimal services that I got from them... read more
