*UPDATE- I originally gave this office a 2-star rating, but after my last visit, am dropping it to 1! Staff continue to display no personalities, & everything is so rushed! Got to spend 5-10 minutes with Dr Patri, who gave me totally conflicting medical info from what nurses had given me previously?!! Even had a condition listed on my chart I'd NEVER been diagnosed with??? When you start feeling more like just a number than a patient, it's time to look elsewhere!
They told my very ill relative to be there 20 minutes early but they are still not back from lunch, seating area has 20 people waiting. They could have been upfront about the long lunches they take and avoid this.
Office is difficult to get to & parking is a nightmare! Staff are luke-warm, at best! Took almost three weeks & 4-5 phone calls to get results of a simple heart monitor study! Only thing that raises them to 2 stars is Dr Patri, who seems educated & helpful, albeit to the point!
Great place. All of the staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and Dr. Smith is great.
