My PCP referred me to this facility for some testing, but like many of the reviews for this facility, I've left several voice messages and submitted several messages via the website. I've received no response from any of my messages and can't imagine how this facility remains in business. Giving one star only because Google requires at least one to submit my review.
I would NOT recommend. Went for a simple test. Staff said results would be uploaded next day. They were not. Staff does not answer phone during business hours. Two voicemails unanswered. Two portal messages also ignored. Results showed up 3 days later. Disappointed.
Five stars for this amazing team! I had a series of venous procedures (including catheterization) here, and the swelling in my legs has improved significantly. A huge thank you to Dr. Ambreen Ashfaque, Dr. Akram Khan, and sonography specialist Ms. Peggy Sue Carroll for their incredible professionalism. Highly recommend them for any venous issues!
