I would NOT recommend. Went for a simple test. Staff said results would be uploaded next day. They were not. Staff does not answer phone during business hours. Two voicemails unanswered. Two portal messages also ignored. Results showed up 3 days later. Disappointed.
Five stars for this amazing team! I had a series of venous procedures (including catheterization) here, and the swelling in my legs has improved significantly. A huge thank you to Dr. Ambreen Ashfaque, Dr. Akram Khan, and sonography specialist Ms. Peggy Sue Carroll for their incredible professionalism. Highly recommend them for any venous issues!
I've been receiving varicose treatment and service, and Dr. Ambreen has been fantastic.
I had an appt at 3 with Dr. Ashfaque, they said arrive 20 mins early. I arrived at 2:30, at nearly 4 pm still had not been seen despite every single person who came after me being seen. I was then told 15 more minutes. Based on my experience the 15 more mins likely wasnt true either. Despite knowing i had been waiting nearly an hour and a half already the dr did not seem to care even 1% and saw other patients.
