I had an overall good experience at the Cardiac Cath Lab of Phoenix. It started out with some hiccups since a main office staff member was unable to arrive for work but the nurses/staff were quick to fill in the gaps and handle the paperwork and check in process even though it wasn’t their job. Everything was delayed but the nurses did a great job getting things back on track. I found them to be patient, professional, and caring. Don’t attempt to get in contact with any REASONABLE HUMAN that works here. They don’t exist. Don’t try to ask anyone questions; you’ll be hung up on. ZERO customer service; when attempting to reach clinical director you get told to not bother calling and hung up on. Incredibly rude. Find any other provider

Doctors and office staff were good, but Billing department is not so good, I received a bill for an office visit from 9/18/2004 on 7/8/2025 almost ten months later, called the billing office number and seven hours later they have not returned my call, usual excuse "helping other clients" poor service from them. After reviewing my paid bills file, this was paid at time of service on my Visa.
