After this experience, I completely understand why this business has so many one-star reviews. I had seen them before, but today I found out for myself why so many customers have had similar complaints. Be careful when dealing with this business, and make sure you confirm all fees before you travel. I am a new patient and was looking for Dr. Rajesh Brahmbhatt appointment and I was told he is not available on weekdays and have to pay extra $50 to see Dr. Rajesh on Saturdays and I agreed and booked appointment. So all the initial tests were done and I was given appointment on Saturday to discuss the results with Dr. Rajesh, but on appointment day, some other Doctor consulted me and also charged $50. What service is this, everyone walks around not knowing what there doing the receptionist walks away and goes shopping and comes back to people that have been waiting it’s like a jungle in here.
I am a patient and I have been well looked after in a very professional, kind and caring manner. The whole clinic staff is wonderful and I highly recommend their service!!!
