EDIT: I would like to add an update to my review. I had my surgery with Dr. Kloosterman, and he is an amazing surgeon. Please don’t let the office staff deter you from seeing him. I rarely leave reviews but this one is deserving. The doctors and people are very sweet and professional when you are IN PERSON. However, even though they get paid to answer the phones - you can NEVER get a hold of somebody. However, even though they get paid to answer the phones - you can NEVER get a hold of somebody. On August 29, 2025 I had a pacemaker inserted by Dr. Murray Rosenbaum. I am 75 years old. From the moment I walked into the surgery center, until I left, I had excellent care by Dr. Rosenbaum and his fabulous staff. I highly recommend this practice. I am so grateful that I found Cardiac Arrhythmia Services and I am thrilled to say I feel fabulous. Thank you, Dr. Rosenbaum for your superb care. Can’t wait to see you for my follow up visit. Bad services , they harrase their patients and treat them poorly
They are very mean there, and treat people poorly. The medical assistants are rude.
