Dr. Rosenbaum is extremely clear-messaged and listen to patients and is kind.
Poor customer service, no return phone calls, careless staff. No test results provided.
EDIT: I would like to add an update to my review. I had my surgery with Dr. Kloosterman, and he is an amazing surgeon. Please don’t let the office staff deter you from seeing him. I rarely leave reviews but this one is deserving. The doctors and people are very sweet and professional when you are IN PERSON. However, even though they get paid to answer the phones - you can NEVER get a hold of somebody. My scheduled upcoming surgery wasn’t approved by insurance (due to this office’s error) and despite calling them 19 times yes... read more
