One of our trucks broke down on the interstate with a radiator hose. We where charged $175 for the service call $136 for milage $525.00 for labor $10.00 for the hose clamp $214.40 for antifreeze,$15.00 shop supplies tax$106.86 total bill $1,202.89 . To replace the hose clamp.
Fellow truck drivers , do yourselves a favor and go to Loves or Southern ( about 30 miles on I75) if you need a tire repair! I got charged 190$ for a plug and valve replacement, that’s outrageous! I understand that everyone is trying to make an honest living but that is way too expensive! Yes, they were very quick , got me in right away and got me back on the road so I’ll give them credit for that!
