This entire office is a bad joke. If you have a problem, do not go here. She don't help you with your problems and her so called staff think they run things around there. I went to her in November of 2023 and told her of my concerns and symptoms I was having. She seemed to be concerned and said she will get to the bottom of my issues and her exact words were " I'm going to fix you" it started out with 91 different blood test to see what was going on with my endocrine system. This is the slowest doctors office I’ve ever seen
I have been seeing Dr. Robles since 2010. I adore her and her assistants/ NP. Now the staff when you check in are usually nice as well. I had an issue one time when she was on vacation in another country and she called me back personally. You do not find this kind of patient care in today's society. She goes above and beyond and continues to monitor me every 6 months. She is very thorough, explains things well, and truly cares about her patients.
