To the owner, Thank you for this great store. Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with your beef riblets. I purchased around 5.5lbs at $5.99lb and I regret it! The marinade was great but the quality of the cut was very poor! It was worse than eating fish with all the tiny fragments of bones. I've never had an issue like this before. I think its time you replace the blade on your band saw. The small shattered bones are all in the meat and when you chew it it's like chewing meat with tiny rocks in it and it gets stuck in you... read more
Cardenas is my spot for produce I like there produce is fresh and I like there pozole on the weekends but sometimes really don't give you enough of a portion
