After seeing so many positive reviews, I was incredibly shocked about my awful experience at this place. Not only did I have to wait over an hour after my scheduled time to see anyone, but I was also asked multiple times about what I "disliked" about my smile, made feel bad about my teeth and guilty about my previous eating disorder and the impact it had, as well as screamed at on the phone after by an office admin. I have obviously not been back, but I can only hope other people do not have a similar experience...
I was in to be fitted for a new crown and the temporary was on and I was waiting for new crown. After scheduling a time for the crown I was called in early as crown was in and it took 15 minutes and it was done. Amazing, I was in and out in total of 45 minutes for both procedures. Looks like a well oiled team !
I had been seeing Dr. Weber for many years before Hernan Cardenas purchased his practice. Upon my first visit under his new ownership it became obvious Hernan is they type of dentist to push unnecessary treatments upon his patients. One of the first things he did was ask if I have sleep apnea. He said he sold sleep apnea devices and it would be good for me. I do not have sleep apnea and why would he suggest it?
