Mi cita era para las 9.30am y ya son las 10.40am y nada del doctor, desesperante la espera, luego de más de un mes para esta cita; algo sin palabras. Difícil atenderse la salud.
Waited over a month to see Dr. Cardenas. I am literally throwing up all day and everday. Can barely eat anything or talk. I can't leave my bed. Showed up for my new patient appt today (got confirmation texts). Only told be told they won't see me for my, "diagnosis." I don't have one yet which is why they referred me here. The least they could do was have called me and let me know it was cancelled. I probably could have found another specialist and still gotten seen. Bad management and do not care about patients or their time. Long wait time for appointments. I called last July and went in for a pre-visit for a procedure last September, only saw the nurse practitioner. The procedure was set for February due to the long waitlist. A couple of weeks prior to the procedure I was reminded to go in to preregister, which I did. Then the day before my procedure I was told I was not cleared for anesthesia so my procedure was cancelled. Why couldn't someone check and tell me earlier? Too late to d... read more
