I have been going to this office for almost 2 years and I have never seen the doctor on any of my appointments. I need to find a new doctor. His NP isn't bad, but I pay good money to see a specialist, not the specialist's assistant.
If you make an appointment with him, you get his Nurse practitioner. It happens twice. He did an endoscopy and colonoscopy. I finally met him the day of the procedure, and it was because I requested to meet him prior to get my anesthesia.
This has got to be the worst facility ever. The doctor only comes in for his check he doesn't care about the patients. Plus the faculty there sucks my doctor and myself have been trying to get my records for over a year now and 10 min till 5 o'clock and nobody answers the phone its ridiculous highly do not recommend

Waited over a month to see Dr. Cardenas. I am literally throwing up all day and everday. Can barely eat anything or talk. I can't leave my bed. Showed up for my new patient appt today (got confirmation texts). Only told be told they won't see me for my, "diagnosis." I don't have one yet which is why they referred me here. The least they could do was have called me and let me know it was cancelled. I probably could have found another specialist and still gotten seen.
