WORST DEALERSHIP IVE BEEN TO hands down!!!! Service department are rude as hell, walked around the whole ghost dealership while waiting for my BMW to be serviced and NOT ONE employee from BMW or Mazda came out to ask if I was interested in a vehicle….. the facilities are HORRENDOUS! Falling apart , there was a damn chicken in the BMW lobby…… I came here from Brownsville because it was closer than BMW McAllen but there is no comparison the restroom in BMW McAllen is better place to be than the entire facility at Cardenas! Recently purchased our BMW from Mr. Reni Cardenas, and my husband and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. First time we purchase a new vehicle where it didn’t just feel like a transaction. Mr. Cardenas was very patient, attentive, and friendly. He and his staff waited on us and stayed after hours to make the purchase happen.
