They installed my interlock device and i have been using them for 9 months with not a single problem with there end of the machine or service. They will go out of there way to help you with what the courts require you to have. Don't get mad at them for the machines being a pain it's not there fault. They don't enforce the late fees unless they are forced to and a phone call in advance they will float the days for you without charging you the fee they could have.
