I’m very pleased with my complex accept the property manager can be the most UNREALISTIC, and UNREASONABLE person I’ve ever met. Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to live.

They are nice apartments with a caring and understanding maintenance/office staff. Our dog was voted pet of the month once, which made her and us feel like we were part of the community.
Very good value for the price you pay, overall close to a lot, very quiet, and overall very clean. Happy to be on my second year here. Plus, the office & maintenance staff are great.
Place is Great. Staff is great. Been live at Carden Place for over a year.
I love living here and the staff are great. The grounds are clean, and I feel very safe.
