Incredible, life changing 6 sessions at Cardea. Everyone is wonderful, I felt safe and seen throughout the entire process. As someone who’s been in therapy for over a decade, I saw rapid transformation through my sessions at Cardea. I had the best group experience at Cardea. The team is so thoughtful and caring, thank you Paige! They curate a space that fosters creativity and expansion while feeling safe and held. There’s an emphasis on connecting to yourself through art- they provide tools to explore that before and after the experience. I would recommend Cardea to anyone looking for a safe space to have a profound experience! Also the space is absolutely stunning

I can not speak highly enough of the space. The environment is extremely warm and welcoming; in turn providing a safe & nurturing atmosphere. As a “frequent flyer”, Cardea has exponentially improved my quality of life for the better. I’m very grateful to have found the unique opportunity, which has exponentially improved my quality of life.
