Carddine really has everything I was looking for and more. I loved all the spas and barbecue grills selection they offer. I bought a spa packet that came with a gazebo, planters, stools, and wine rack, yes all of that in one at an amazing price! Their accessories and services were definitely a plus. No more shopping around for me.

I bought a spa from this company several years ago. It was a great spa and my wife and I have been enjoying it very much. I recently needed to replace my grill, so I went in and again got a great deal on a very high quality grill. My Jenn-Air grill was rusting away on the inside from constant use, but the Bull grill I got and have been using for the last 7 months has been holding up a lot better. I wish I had taken these reviews to heart. Dont listen to them and certainly dont trust them. They will promise you anything to make the sale and renig on their offer once youve written the check.They promised a free grill cover for the new, high-end grill I purchased but didnt give it to me at the time of purchase. When I returned to claim my free grill cover they gave me the runaround and then offered to sell the cover to me at half price. With their habit for going back on a deal Id rather give them their monies worth of ... read more
I cannot express how strongly I would urge you not to do business with this company. I purchased a new Bull BBQ from them which was damaged and malfunctioning upon delivery. Five months later, and I am still battling with them to get the item reolaced. The manager Julian Sanchez does not return my phone calls, and they have filed fraudulent documents with both the credit card company and Better Business Bureau in order to avail having to repolace the unit.

OMG! I cant believe how these jokers handled me right after the sale of a spa. They pushed to have me sign the agreement and when I realized the NEXT DAY that I needed to postpone the purchase for one month, they said tough \$#!+. If youve every tried to contact a copier salesperson after a sale, its a similar experience. Im actually surprised to read the reviews said, since Ive had the total opposite experience. Everything was great from purchasing my patio furniture all the way to my spa delivery and orientation.Even the spa presentation they gave me was great I was able to wet test a spa at their San Marcos Location.I would for sure recommend Carddine to my family members.
