I was told by the president and CEO my order would be delivered prior to the date I needed them. As the party date approached, it was radio silent to any and all calls and emails. The order didn't ship until the day of the party and it has been extremely difficult to get any responses about a refund and how to return the product. The customer service here is a joke.
