Thank you Card Kingdom! I made my order on a Tuesday morning received it Monday morning (US > AUS in only 6 days). Package was well secure, quality of the contents amazing! The one thing I want to point out, which went above all other orders I received from other suppliers is the tape. The tape used to secure the contents was clean! It didn’t leave a disgusting residue. Other suppliers really need to learn from this. Will be sure to order again in the future!
I have been a member of CK since 2002, I had an incident with an employee who was new, he interrupted me on the phone while he was talking to another customer as I had JUST walked into the store. I’ve been a customer since 2010, and they are the best. Through all the years I’ve always ordered my singles on Card Kingdom. Every time I sell singles I’m happy with the grade they give my cards. Number 1 card store without a doubt at all.
deal better with australian customers and have australian prices. also respond to tickets, its been 35 days since i ordered two cards, and 32 days since they shipped but the tracking hasnt updated in 25 days and still no cards after more than a month. i submitted a ticket almost a week ago with no answer.

Blake, I understand your frustration at the current shipping times. Unfortunately, International Shipping has been GREATLY affected by COVID, and all carriers are having delays with packages. This of course has increased our Customer Support Ticket answer time, which we note on the page when making a ticket, due to the increased shipping questions. Your ticket should be answered within a few days, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the challenges brought forth by COVID to businesses.
First Time buyer here. I ordered nearly $100 dollars worth of cards on 8/23/2020, and paid for priority shipping. It is now 8/29/2020, six days later and I still haven’t received my items. I called on the 26th because my order status never changed. Very fair on card grading prices and product. For my 1st time I mailed in $1000+ worth of cards (not all NM) and waited approx a week. the quote/store credit I received was very fair and appreciated. I was able to trade up and spend a little more to get another card towards completing an Arabian Nights set. I'll be back to buy the rest soon!
I've spent thousands with card Kingdom. Never had an issue. Now as of late I've received cards with obvious damage that they refuse to do anything about. Severely bent and obvious damage to borders. Labeled as N/M. 🖕🖕🖕 right here losers!
Excellent quality items fast postage and extremely good value for money. Even their overseas deliveries come quicker than you would expect. The customer support staff are friendly and very helpful. I would really recommend card kingdom to new players. I am very happy with their service.
I recently placed an order. 1st I tried on my phone. I hand picked over 60 cards. The purchase would not go thru. So I logged in on the computer and hand picked them all again! Then, when I can finally 💰 with out issue. They charged me twice. So I had to cancel one order. I paid and extra $15 for shipping to have the cards by yesterday so I could update my deck for FNM tonight.... still don’t have the cards. They MIGHT be here by Monday at 8 pm.
