I went in for what turned out to be a root canal. While drilling, Dr Card lost control of the drill allowing it to impact my tooth so hard it caused physical pain. After procedure was over his assistant came out to tell me that “The Dr wanted me to tell you that your tooth was cracked and will need a crown.” Why wasn’t that pointed out to me in the initial X-ray ?
Dr. Card and his staff are so kind and really, really great at their practice. I was pretty anxious about having a root canal but they put me at ease right away by explaining the procedure and making it absolutely quick and painless. Thank you so much!!!
