I moved to area 10 years ago, so probably have have cars serviced there 50+ times. Have only had to wait longer than expected once, and that is because they were helping out a tourist w a problem. Only good things to say. Even honored an A/C compressor warranty this summer when the first one went bad!! (Honda CR-V). Polite, professional, and does not overschedule, so they pretty much run on time. Much better than Honda dealer....You can tell pride of ownership. Nothing but good things to say!
Never again....charged me for parts I didn't need,black fingerprints all over my rims,fenders & door.then I get a loud metal to metal sound when hitting bumps coming from my frontend after they did ball joints & alignment.get it home & 3 major nuts were loose & ready to come off,I have pics for proof.this place is an overpriced joke.ill be contacting the better business bureau because I could have had my kids with me & it could have been fatal if those nuts would have come off....never again will I everrrrr recommend or go b... read more
