Waiting in line my kids were all excited because we NEVER go to car washes. We're up next, the car in front has a loading issue, some type of malfunction. The manager blows up at the five teenagers working the entry, curses out his employees in front of my kids. My 9yr old said he heard the F word 3 times. He shoves some coupons in the face of his teenage worker who nervously passes out the free voucher to everyone in line before turning us all away. What an experience! Great owner, not only honored an expired carwash coupon but upgraded me for the carwash being down my last visit.
Took my 55k miles, 4 year old Colorado in for a gold package detail. When I got it back it looked better than when I picked it up brand new from the dealership! Interior and exterior were flawless, I was absolutely blown away! I've taken other cars to other detail shops (chain stores like car toys) and never felt like I got my money's worth. This place is different though, absolutely worth every penny! I'll be back for sure!
My work van was VERY dirty, inside and out and has been heavily used in it's 6 years, so I wasn't expecting it to look brand new when I picked it up from being detailed. . . but, it did! It was amazing, what they did with it!! Thank you so much!!!!
Been using this car wash for a few years now. They always do a great job and I love to see the veterans and high schoolers getting experience. My own kids had their time in a car wash and it was a great experience for them. I do have one ask. My car sits kinda low and I scrape underneath when entering every time. It is cringe worthy. If a simple one inch rubber mat was used on the left entry side it would eliminate this. Thank you for your service.
