The team there was professional and easy to work with– especially Sam. He was patient, punctual, listened to what I needed, helped me with financing, and walked me through the whole process. What stood out the most was that he personally took the Jeep to a dealership for an inspection that I requested. It showed me that they really stand behind their cars. Sam was so great! Really listened to what was important to me in my car buying experience. He assured and reassured me multiple times and was incredibly transparent. I had a great time and found the vehicle that hit all of my boxes. I searched high and low in east county and could not find the right vehicle until I went to carco poway. Highly recommend
