Ivan helped us get a 2012 4Runner and I’m super appreciative of how patient he was. I’ve been burned by a car dealership before, so I came in very guarded. He took time, answered all my questions and if he didn’t have an answer, found someone who did. I would definitely come back to echopark in the future to purchase (if they had a car I was interested in).
Jason was very good to work with and went above and beyond. Honest and fair.
My wife and I worked with Ivan, he was great. Knowledgeable and very relaxed. Transparent and didn’t try the usual car salesman techniques. They obviously try to get you to add warranty packages, but say no and they stop. So they are very respectable. We had strict ideas and boundaries we wanted to keep while buying a vehicle. All in 3 hours we were done and out the door with our vehicle. Recommend their team here and have a great variety of vehicles that are well taken care of here.
